Hi,

This is my honest effort to reach all the IT / Non IT professionals and help them build their resume as sellable document.

Being in the recruiting / staffing industry from past five years, I was thinking of starting this blog from a long time .

Let's talk something straight..... how many of us really focuss on writing our resumes in a professional way ??

Often we tend to ignore the potential of a well-written resume and write our resumes in a unorganised way.

There is a saying in the recruitment market about resume "Resumes reflects one's character like a mirror".

Then why do we make so many mistakes in our own resumes ?

In my experience I have seen more than 80% of resumes are bad'ly written.

We even make silly mistakes like the grammer or in-different font style / sizes.....
